Needle Valve

Nisan valves have a non rotating trim which ebanble self-centering of the spindle with th orifice. Placing the gland packing below the stem thread ensure that the process does not get into conatct with the stem thread

Tightening of the upper glan body ensure perfect sealing of gland packing and arrests leakage. The lock nut ensure that the upper gland body is locked to a particular seeting. Teflon is issued as the standard packing material, and grafoil is used where high process temperature is likely. The lower gland body is directly screwed to the main body and fixed with a pin to prevent accidental loosing of the gland body while in operation.

Stems are burnished at the packing area to have less torque in operating the valve. Threads are could rolled to achieve maximum strength and high accuaracy. Special trim material like titanium is also used to suite specific applications.

Inspection & Testings:

All needles are inspected at various stages of manufacture for Dimensional Check. Hydrostatic test: 1.5 Times the operating Pressure.
